Return Policy

At Nurturfashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 30 days from the delivery date, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.

  • Returns that do not meet these criteria may be denied or subject to a partial refund.

  • Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return, including:

    • Items marked as “Final Sale”

    • Gift cards

    • Downloadable software products

    • Some health and personal care items

Return Process

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Exchanges

  • We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of your return.

  • If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will process the refund to the original purchaser.

Final Sale Items

  • Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund.
