At Nurturfashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 30 days from the delivery date, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
  • Returns that do not meet these criteria may be denied or subject to a partial refund.

Return Process

  1. Request a Return Authorization: Email us at info@nurturfashion.shop within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
  2. Prepare Your Item: Securely package your item, including all original accessories, tags, and packaging.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send the item back to the return address provided in your authorization email. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Alternatively, you can request a prepaid shipping label from us for a flat fee of $20. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non‑refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit‑card company; processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank; there is often additional processing time before a refund is posted.
